We were impressed with Span West's steel and concrete construction as compared to a wood-based construction in other condominiums. The concrete is much quieter, and eliminates echoing in hallways and living units. It's a much stronger and quieter building than most condos.
I am loving my new home. It's a place where I feel safe and it's very quiet. Great neighbours too. The location is close to shopping, recreation and the Rotary Trail. It's such a well-built building with lots of thought put into energy efficiency. I hope to enjoy my home for many years to come.

Pet policies vary by project. Confirm with property management, realtor or condo board.
Can I customize my condo before construction is complete?
When you purchase early, you can work with our skilled interior decorator to select finishes such as flooring, cabinetry, countertops, light fixtures, and paint colours.
